This
day is to provide information advice and support on equality, diversity and inclusion issues to individuals
and businesses in all sectors - private, public and voluntary.
You will be able to discuss your current equality, diversity and inclusion policies and your practices and procedures. We will recommend improvements and explain how to put them in place. We will also look at equality impact assessments, equality analysis, recruitment and selection systems, monitoring and targets, equality training programmes and how you deal with complaints, discrimination and harassment

Aims of the Day
The aims of the day are:
- To advise what the Equality Act 2010 says and how this applies to your company
- Advise you of options on how you may be able to resolve your specific issues
- Advise you of options for informal resolution and guide you through this process
- Assist you in finding local sources of support
Objectives
By the end of the consultation you will:
- Be up to date on equality, diversity and inclusion issues
- Be up to date on the Equality Act 2010 and how it applies to your company
- Be more aware of options on how you may be able to resolve specific EDI issues
- Be aware of options for informal EDI resolution
- Know where to find local sources of support

The Course cost is £350
