Philosophy behind our training events, conferences and seminars
Staff are an organisation's most important asset and as such, their knowledge,
skills, experience and personal and professional development is vital in successfully
implementing equal opportunities.

The UK’s workforces are becoming increasingly diverse. Employers need to be pro-active
in developing effective communication, culture and practices, which enable people to feel
valued, respected and motivated for the benefit of both them and the organisation.
Equality and Diversity UK provides a range of equality and diversity
seminars, conferences, training programmes, information, advice and guidance which support
organisations to be among the best equality employers in the labour market.
Our training programmes influence and inspire all who attend, which in turn increases the awareness,
confidence and competence of everyone involved. We are skilled at developing every individual’s talent
whilst working within current employment legislation.
As well as the following seminars and training events, we also offer tailor-made
in-house
equality and diversity training courses .

It’s not enough to train the workforce…you also
have to train the trainer. This interactive
workshop introduces the trainer to interactive
resources and techniques. Whether you’ve been
training for a while or never stepped onto a
platform before, this workshop will show you how
to become an effective equality facilitator, not
just a presenter.
You’ll learn how to build confidence, engage
your audience from the beginning and leave your
delegates feeling confident and competent to
deliver motivating equality training.

qualified and experienced trainer.
These workshops provide diversity champions
(people leading on diversity in their

demystify the EIA process, assume little or no

Managing Equality and Inclusion in customer
facing services
>> click

|
According to research the average person who
has a "bad service" experience tells at least
nine others about it and 13% of complainants
relate their experience to more than 20 other
people.
Good customer
care matters. Dissatisfied customers spread the
bad news and undermine your business, which
ultimately reflects on your organisation’s
profile and reputation.
This course
focuses on ensuring that customer facing staff
effectively deliver on equality for your
organisation.
