Accusations of discrimination, harassment, bullying, victimisation or inappropriate language can have a significant impact on the profile and reputation of a business.

Under the Equality Act 2010, employees and customers can claim discrimination on a nine protected characteristic, gender, disability, race, age, religion/belief, sexual orientation, civil partnerships/marriage, and pregnancy/maternity and gender reassignment.

Equality and Diversity UK run a wide range of training courses and workshops to help your company and employees recognise and implement good policies, practices and procedures in equality, diversity and Inclusion.

We can deliver sessions both in-house or online for individuals or small groups.

We deliver at a time, date and location to suit your organisations’ needs.

Training programmes are matched to your specific requirements using our pre training survey of needs.

We use a combination of case studies, work based scenarios, interactive exercises and open discussion to fully engage the delegate in the learning process.

  • A half day session, normally 2½ hours, is £595.
  • We charge £895 for a full day or 2 half day sessions delivered in a day.

For face to face training, travel and subsistence costs are in addition

Notes about one to one training


Full day sessions are charged at £895 and are normally 10 am to 3.30 pm. Half day sessions are charged at £595 and are maximum 3 hours. Two half day sessions on the same day are charged at just the full day rate.

Delegate packs are emailed to the organisation  normally 7 days prior to the training

Cancellations notified more than four weeks in advance of the Course will incur no charges. Cancellations made less than four weeks before the event will be charged on a sliding scale (see our Costs and Agreement). Postponements may be accepted with no additional charge depending on the circumstances.

A certificate will be provided for delegates that complete the post course feedback to confirm that learning has taken place.
