The Purpose of the Network
Our network aims to work in partnership with police forces to:

- Tackle all forms of racial discrimination.
- Foster positive relationships between diverse communities.

We provide a comprehensive set of resources to assist police forces in their anti-racism efforts. These resources include:
- EDI Essentials: A guide to understanding and implementing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion practices.
- Unconscious Bias: Training to identify and address unconscious biases that may impact decision-making.
- Building Trust with Ethnically Diverse Communities: Strategies to establish and maintain positive relationships with diverse communities.
- Assessment and Evaluation Tools: Tools to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

Cost
Annual Membership is £295
Our aim is to be self-sustaining, rather than profit-making, so the membership fee covers all access to the members-only resources, advice, guidance and online development.
