Bullying or Harassment Claims – One‑to‑One Training Training Course

Bullying or Harassment Claims? One‑to‑One Training

Individual training for directors, managers, staff or employees

Allegations of bullying, harassment or discrimination can be distressing, reputationally damaging and legally complex. This one‑to‑one training programme provides confidential, personalised support to help individuals understand the Equality Act 2010, navigate sensitive situations, respond appropriately to allegations, and strengthen professional behaviour, communication and decision‑making.

In‑House vs Open Courses

In‑house courses are private sessions delivered exclusively for a group of people from your organisation, on a date that suits you, with the option to tailor the content to your staff and setting.

Open courses are public Equality and Diversity UK training dates that anyone can book onto, ideal when you only need training for one or two people.

Introduction

Accusations of discrimination, harassment, bullying or victimisation can have a significant impact on the profile and reputation of an organisation — and on the wellbeing of the individuals involved.

Under the Equality Act 2010, employees and customers can claim discrimination on any of the nine protected characteristics: age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage/civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation.

Equality and Diversity UK provides confidential one‑to‑one training to help individuals understand the law, strengthen professional practice, and respond appropriately to concerns or allegations.
