Tailored EIA training for organisations. Build skills to assess equality impact, reduce risk and strengthen inclusive policy development.
Equality Impact Assessments are a vital tool for ensuring policies, decisions and services are fair, inclusive and legally compliant. Through guided practice, real examples and step‑by‑step analysis, participants learn how to assess impact, identify risks and strengthen decision‑making. It’s a practical, confidence‑building workshop that supports organisations to embed equality at every stage of planning and delivery.
