Practical, engaging equality and diversity courses helping delegates develop confidence, capability and lasting impact across their organisation.
Practical, engaging and designed to support real organisational change.
Open courses are public Equality and Diversity UK training dates that anyone can book onto, ideal when you only need training for one or two people.
In‑house courses are private sessions delivered exclusively for a group of people from your organisation, on a date that suits you, with the option to tailor the content to your staff and setting.
We are specialists in the design and delivery of cost‑effective equality, diversity and inclusion training. We deliver a wide range of open courses, such as an Introduction to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Unconscious Bias, training for Equality Champions and Equality Impact Assessment training, as well as our flagship course – Train the Trainer.
All of our courses are tailored to the participants by use of a pre‑course questionnaire that explores the specific requirements of all delegates and ensures that their individual needs are met on the day.
We deliver Open Courses online, via Zoom – meaning easy access for most people with timings designed to meet your parental and caring needs.
At the end of each course, delegates are given a pack of materials to use back in their organisations, and all delegates are given a free three‑month membership of the Equality Network.
Full day courses: £395 per delegate
Half day courses: £295 per delegate
